I wanted to make a tiny revision to the Week 3 Challenge and forgot to do it before it posted. So, the revision is...you have to have one MyPlate meal per DAY. It doesn't necessarily have to be dinner. If you want to get it over with in the morning just in case your day gets busy or you have dinner plans elsewhere, go ahead and do this for your breakfast or lunch meal. Just get it in once a day!!
