Hi. My name is Kim. I started these wellness challenges because I am obese and wanted to take control of my weight. I have participated in challenges where you have to pay to join but wanted to do something that was at no cost so that wouldn't be a prohibitive factor. These challenges started with mostly my family members but have quickly grown over the past few months.
I live in Maryland with my husband, grown son, and a black furry one (aka Thor an 80 pound black lab). I have lived here for a year but have also lived in Texas, Kansas, Idaho, Iowa, and New York.
