I hope everyone had a great second week. I know I did (or maybe it was just that I could come home and use MY scale). Get out those spreadsheets again, click on your team color, and give me your numbers. Last week it worked flawlessly. Hopefully our teams are close again. Tomorrow I will post results.
Don't forget about our MyPlate challenge this week. Remember that you can do your plate for any meal. If you are doing it for breakfast, you can still put cereal in a bowl but try to put it on your plate and make the other portions in proportion to it. I know that if I have cereal for breakfast then I have more than I need and not enough of the other foods. This should help me a lot. Have a good third week everyone!!
