By now you should have downloaded your spreadsheet from MyFamily. If not go and do that now or if you would rather me email it to you let me know. For some reason I cannot figure out how to make it so you can download a file from blogger so you will have to get it either of those ways.
Now, open up the spreadsheet and click on the "initial setup" tab at the bottom of the sheet. I am not familiar enough with excel to figure out how to fix the title at the top but everything you need to know is written on that page. READ IT. If you want you can forgo printing out the tally sheet BUT if you do that then every night before you go to bed you HAVE to fill out the daily sheet. I have found that it is too easy to forget if it is not done daily. After you have looked at the initial setup and glanced at the tally sheet (and printed it out if desired) go to week 1. It should already have your weight in there. You can click on the boxes and fill in your points manually. The sheet will add everything up for you. It is so easy. If we are going to start on Sunday then I will tell you how to revise the sheet or else just email you all a new one.
K...that is all we are going to go over now. I will update again when it is time to report points for the week. Good luck rainbow team. This challenge is not easy but it is definitely worth it!!
It doesn't matter to me which day we start. In some ways it would just be easier to start on Monday so we don't have to change anything. Besides, I plan on having Sunday be my "day or rest" from the exercising portion of this challenge and thus Monday is a great day to refocus. So I guess I vote just to leave it with starting on Monday :)
ReplyDeleteI would prefer to start on Monday, at least that was my plan! I need Sunday to figure out my plan for the week.
ReplyDeleteI'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and will be ready to go Monday. :) Do we have teams?
