Fruits and veggies

Does v8 count towards fruits and veggies? How bout fusion? if so ... How do we count it?

  1. V8 counts as a veggie and VFusion counts as BOTH a fruit and a veggie (as long as it says so on the label)!! I buy the generic VFusion at Walmart and use it if I haven't gotten enough in by the end of the day. I go by the serving size on the bottle which is 1 cup for the VFusion. Haven't had V8 before so just go according to the serving size.

  2. What about Crystal Light? In my last wellness challenge it was counted as water, would that count this time?

  3. I think that at least half of your water should be plain old water. The reason I don't like Crystal Light simply because of the artificial sweetener in it. If you absolutely can't drink water then I would add a cup of not from concentrate orange juice (like Simply Orange or the generic Walmart one) to the water to make the 64 ounces. Then that could also count as a fruit. I myself don't like flavored water so I drink just plain old water but I know lots of people are opposite from me. I hope that helps :)

  5. David...which font is hard to read? I am using 2 different ones. The one above where it says "post a comment" or the other one? Or do you just need it larger. I need more info to be able to change it.

  6. It is all the small font that is hard to read. Like, what I am typing right now, and all the writing on the side. :)
