To the Rainbow Team blog!! I cheated and used the blog from my last challenge. I had created it so I can use it :) I deleted everything except a couple posts that had recipes. I figured we can always use recipes.
We are going to follow the rules from the Wellness Challenge. I put a link to that and several other sites on the sidebar below the weekly challenge.
On Monday if you could report points to me by 10pm EDT (9pm CDT) then I can figure up winners for the week and publish them on Tuesday. Of course you get nothing for winning that week...just your name on the blog. It would probably be best to email them to me unless it is OK with everyone to post them up here. Reply and let me know which you prefer.
We will begin a week late (my decision) and finish a week late. I will make sure to save all the challenges so that I can get them up here at the right time. The regular challenge starts on Mondays but I always find that strange since the week starts on Sunday. So I am thinking about starting Sunday instead of Monday. What does everyone think about that? Once again reply and let me know. If we change to Sunday instead of Monday then points will be due Sunday instead of Monday.
That is all for now. I will try to get the information about the weight maintenance plan from Dianne tonight.
