Day 1 of your new life begins today! You may be feeling a little apprehensive about what to do next and what to expect today. I thought I'd help you out by explaining it here.
1. Open up that Excel spreadsheet you received last week, grab your scale and tape measure and fill out the yellow boxes on the Initial Set Up page. ** BE SURE to do this at the time of day & under the same conditions that you expect to do this EACH Monday so your numbers are consistent every week.
2. If you so desire, you can print out the Tally Sheet to put up on the fridge or wherever to keep track of your points until you get a chance to fill out your Excel spreadsheet at the end of the week OR you can just fill out the spreadsheet each night. It's up to you.
3. Contact your teammate, try to get as many points as possible each day and start working on the weekly challenge.
This challenge will be slightly different than our last challenge for those of you who have participated before. It will be shorter and there will not be as many weekly challenges. I have also added a way to get extra points at the end that you will work on during the entire challenge. I hope you have thought about what you want to do to achieve your goal during the weekend. It might be a good idea to talk it over with your teammate. Please decide and report to your teammate by WEDNESDAY what you are planning to do.

One more thing I forgot to put in the body of the post. When you measure, do it to the nearest half inch. The spreadsheet can not figure it when it is any more precise than that.
