Week 1 challenge

We are not going to have many weekly challenges but we are going to have one this first week to get started. Here is what I want you to do:

1. Decide what you want to accomplish during this six-week challenge and how you are going to accomplish it.

2. Share this with your teammate.

3. Take a FULL LENGTH before photo of yourself and then post it somewhere that is visible to you. It might be the front photo on your cell phone, or on the desk top of your computer, or on the door of your refrigerator or bathroom mirror. Just make sure it is somewhere that you will see it multiple times a day to remind you of what you look like now and that you are trying to improve yourself.

If you do these three things you will get 35 bonus points. It is an all or nothing challenge.

I am starting something new this time. If you can successfully stick to what you are going to DO to accomplish your goal then you will get an extra 150  points at the end of the challenge. However, this can not be an easy thing to do. For example, last challenge Rachel decided that her way to accomplish her goal would be to not eat any sweets the entire 8 weeks. I don't know if she accomplished that or not but if she had, she would have gotten an extra 150 points. So the thing you decide to do can be either a food or exercise goal but it must be something that you have struggled with in the past and are NOT currently doing. Make sure to share this goal with your teammate so that they can help you out along the way because it WILL be hard.
