Week 4 reporting points

Today besides figuring out if we lost any weight we also get to take measurements again to see if we lost any inches this past month. So get out your tape measure and open up your spreadsheet to week 4. Measure your waist, chest, hip, rt arm, and rt thigh and record those numbers in your spreadsheet. It will do all your calculations for you. Then get the week 4 points reporting document that I emailed you earlier this month and record those numbers on it and email it back to me or just write those numbers down in the text of your email. Both my emails are working so use whichever you prefer. Kerry, I'm going to double check Erin's spreadsheet to see how hers works. If you have questions about her numbers email or call me and let me know.
