I hope this is going on the correct place so you can all read it. I had a hard time deciding what to do for this last bonus so I have decided to do two things. First I will walk 1/2 hour every day and exercize 15 minutes everyday. I will not have butter or jam on my toast. That's what I should have been doing all along but I wasn't very good. I will also try to get the full count for all the points. I really goofed off last week.
I read this Mom. Great goals. I've been putting a small amount of all-fruit jelly on my toast but no butter. I don't like it plain unless I am dipping it in hot chocolate. Part of my goal is also to get all my points this week. Also, I will not eat handfuls of cereal or crackers as I clear the table and make school lunches.
