Weigh in and measurement instructions

This is pretty easy. First of all you will need to weigh in every Monday. It is best to do it at about the same time and with about the same amount of clothes on (or lack of clothes). If your scale is capable you can weigh down to a tenth of a pound. If you are on the weight loss plan then every tenth of a pound is worth one point. My scale only weighs in pounds so I don't have that option.

You will need to take measurements on Monday and on weeks 4 and 8. To do this you will need a tape measure or a string and a ruler. Take your measurements according to the diagram below to the nearest half inch.

Now with those numbers fill in the first page on your spreadsheet called Initial Setup. After that is done either print out the tally sheet and fill it out throughout the day or just fill in your spreadsheet on week 1 for that specific day. Make sure to do this daily. It is easy to forget how Tuesday was on say Friday (at least I have a  hard time remembering). That is all you will need for this week getting started. I will post more instructions next Sunday for what to do next Monday. As always, if you have any questions just ask.

Make sure to read our bonus challenge for the week. 35 points can easily make a difference in this competition.

Good luck teams!!
