You should have all received an email with an attachment of what I need you to send to me. This tells you how to get your numbers :)
Get out your tally sheet for week one that you recorded all your stuff on AND get out your spreadsheet from the beginning of the challenge. Open your spreadsheet to the week 1 tab and fill it out from your tally sheet. Now use those numbers to fill out the email that I sent you and email your points back to me.
If you have questions feel free to call or email me. Remember you have until midnight tonight EDT to get those results to me or your team loses points. I'm excited to see our results tomorrow!!
So is our ending weight supposed to be yesterday or today? I weigh in the mornings if that makes a difference...
ReplyDeleteYou weigh in every Monday and report that on your spreadsheet. It should already have your beginning weight on week 1 and then a spot there to put your weight today.
