Question

Do fiber bars (Fiber One) count as a sweet? It tastes good but also helps with needed fiber in my gut. haha I hope it doesn't count as a sweet as I had one today.

  1. I don't know...I've never had one before to know what they are like. So I am opening this one up to the Rainbow Teams...what do you think?

  2. While on the web today I saw this and thought it was appropriate here.

If you don't feel like looking at the link, Fiber One fibers bars are listed as the best fiber bar.

  3. I wouldn't count it. Never seen one before but if you aren't going over on calories, I wouldn't worry about it.

  4. Well, I had 2 yesterday. One in the morning and one in the late afternoon. It DEFINITELY helps with the elimination process. And last night I was 4 ounces lighter then yesterday morning (never happened before) and this morning I am 8 ounces lighter then last night. But, with how much I was in the bathroom during the night I think 2 in one day it too many! So, I won't count it as a sweet though. It is FIBER!!! And I don't count my calories, just try to eat less. I need my nourishment for working and keeping my strength up every day.

  5. I would not count it as a sweet. Kim said that I could have banana bread and not count it as a sweet, but it does have a lot of sugar in it. I won't have any this week as my bananas are gone. A molar of mine cracked and a part fell off over the weekend, so I've been afraid of eating baby carrots. It is fixed now (just a little filler and sealant and it is good to go).
