Week 2 reporting points

Today is the day!! Weigh yourself then record that weight into week 2 ending weight. Make sure the rest of your spreadsheet is filled out correctly and then send me your numbers via email by midnight EDT. Make sure to use that document I sent last week for weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. If you need me to resend it to you then let me know.

Now lets get on to this week. I changed the wording slightly in the bonus challenge (read the top bold area one more time) but it is just to what we discussed in the comments. Hopefully no one went over board with their sweet day last week. I had 1 cookie at church  yesterday and that was the only sweet I had all week. It felt good. I also hit my first goal weight from when I first started these challenges...YAY ME!! Now I need to work extra hard to keep on the downward slide.

Finally I have MOHS surgery today so will only be accessible by cell phone this morning but should be home by mid afternoon at the latest. And I get my new fridge this morning...woohoo!!
