Week 8 reporting points

You made it! You finished the Summer Wellness Challenge!! Here is what you will need to do for today. First make sure to weigh yourself and input that number into your spreadsheet. Next take your measurements and input those numbers into your spreadsheet. Now get out that documents I sent you for week 8 and fill in those numbers. On your spreadsheet it will be the numbers in blue that you report to me. In case you don't have the document here is what I will need:

  1. I'm not sure how to figure the weight loss % points, but I had my best week ever. Not perfect, but best yet. And I lost my last two pounds and surprisingly, two inches off my blubber belly! It helps that yesterday was fast Sunday. It was fun doing this with everyone!
