One thing I've noticed...

I have noticed that my hair is getting thicker and fuller and my nails are getting stronger. Even though I didn't loose any weight this week, I have felt really good. I feel like my whole body is getting stronger and I am healthier. Has anyone else noticed a difference in their bodies since they started the challenge? I am not doing official exercise but I do my "chores" more rigorously and dance with the guys more. Today in the cooler weather (yes, it was still over 100 but cooler then yesterday) we took the guys to the park where I walked quite a bit. I have also started swinging on the swing next to Billy. That is also awesome exercise!
