CrossFit???

Has anyone tried this? I have a friend (we both used to live in TX and she was in my ward) who has adapted it so she can do it at home and she has 4 small children. I will post a link to her blog (and the CrossFit page) under the "exercise" part on the left sidebar. Even though we are supposed to exercise for 30 or 45 min if y'all think this is a good workout I can adapt our points for if we do this. What do you think?

  1. I think I'll follow along but will also try to walk half an hour at some point every day. It's good for the kids and I to get outside now that it is so excruciatingly hot and get some fresh air. And that way I don't have to worry about a brisk pace while we're enjoying the weather. Thanks for posting this. I need lots of "little" things to get my exercise in. The byutv stuff was great until we started school. Now I just don't have an hour to set aside in one chunk to exercise!
