I'm afraid I let my team down. I gained .5 lbs this week. I'm not sure why, I think I did ok, just not great. I ate more than usual, but still kept it under 1200 cals a day. I did my exercise, although it was a struggle. . So I'm very discouraged now, but still trying. Sorry if I let my team down. :(
I lost three pounds the first week, then gained two back the second week. I have lost again, but I am still not down to what I was at week 1 reporting. So, Cindy, I feel your pain. It is so frustrating to feel like I'm doing good, but still to gain or remain the same. :(
ReplyDeleteI didn't do well with exercise this week, and I had sweets a few times. Plus there were a couple of nights where I had to eat after 9 because there just wasn't time earlier. I lost three pounds, but after breakfast they were back again. I'm still counting it as a loss since I always weigh myself in my pajamas before breakfast on Monday. Last week I went to a 2-day conference at the hospital which was great for my business but bad for exercising. This week should be better...I hope. And hopefully I'll lose another pound or two and keep them off! Sorry to my team for my low points--I decided to do the wellness challenge because it seemed pretty easy, and for the most part I like it, but I don't really like the bonuses, and I don't want to complicate my life too much.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about it Cindy- a good poop could make the difference between 1/2 a pound (sorry to be gross). I do feel your pain though- I also gained 1/2 a pound. It is frustrating. Let's keep our chins up and try again this week!
ReplyDeleteAlso, remember if you are gaining muscle, your weight won't change but you'll notice it in inches.
Just about everyone did poorly in the weight loss category this week. That often happens as our bodies adjust to the new health regimen. Just keep on working at it and you will see results. And NO ONE lets a team down. All we can do is the best we can no matter what the scale says. Here's to a better week for both our teams :)
