As a reminder, today is the last day to do your bonus challenge for those extra points. It is worth up to 35 and WILL make a difference in the results.
I split us up into 2 teams...that seemed to be what the majority wanted. There is a link to them near the top of the left sidebar. We will hopefully stick with this for the remainder of the challenge. For today, just communicate with anyone on any team and you will get your point. But starting tomorrow it has to be someone on your team to get your point. Remember there are many ways to do that.
Tomorrow is points reporting day. Today I will send out an email (look for it in your regular email...not gmail unless that is your regular email. Kerry, I am just sending you one, have your girls tell you theirs and then put that into your email) with instructions on how to report to me. I don't want any points results before midnight your time tonight but I want everyone's by midnight my time tomorrow (which will by 9pm for mom and 10pm for everyone else).

I decided to post my challenge here for everyone to see. I told Cindy it all ready (and David & Rachel). I'd like to see what some of your answers are too, if you don't mind.
ReplyDelete1. DETERMINE A GOAL (10 pts): My goal is to loose 15 (or hopefully more) pounds by the end of the 8 weeks.
2. DECIDE ON A REWARD (10 pts): My reward will be to treat myself to a massage, and by a real massage therapist!
3. GET READY (10 pts): When shopping I will park the car far away from the door to help with getting more exercise. I will get a step counter so I can see how many steps I do each day and try to increase each week. I will make sure I have healthy foods and snacks to eat each day.
4. REPORT TO A TEAMMATE (5 pts): I so far have been reporting to Cindy each day and will keep this us. I really like getting to know my sister better this way also!
I tried to post twice last week, but I am just now being able to post. So, here is my goal:

3. GET READY: I will vary my exercise by getting belay certified at the Y.
4. REPORT TO A TEAMMATE: IM with Diane, call Mom, or talk to the Jossie's.
